Job Description

HR & Recruitment Executive is primarily responsible for leading the recruitment and payroll function of the hotel and also responsible for the day-to-day administration tasks of the Human Resources division and related projects while ensuring an exceptional team member experience. Responsibilities: Responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process. Sourcing candidates through various platforms while balancing diversity and gender ratio. Leading the interview process and maintaining effective communication with the candidates throughout the recruitment process. Update and monitor the manning file according to the approved budgeted manning. Maintaining active applicants talent bank for all future vacancies. Preparing and sending offer letters to candidates while coordinating smoothly with candidates on the visa and transfer to housing/ airticket for abroad candidate ensuring smooth arrival of the team members. Maintaining active applicants talent bank for all future vacancies. Handling the on boarding process; ticket booking, transportation request, fingerprints registration, new hire OnQ request, issuing locker keys, name tags, bank card application and scanning team members’ documents. Creating and maintaining confidential filling system for team member's files, records and documents, and ensure its adherence with the company’s standards. Leading the payroll process by creating of new profiles on Oasys, checking the attendance, checking the payroll inputs while adhering to the approval metrics. Managing the leavers’ process in Oasys; raising separations,deactivating bank cards if applicable, cancelling medical insurance and filing of the clearance documents. Conducting the leavers exit interviews and submit the interviews analysis report every two months for Human Resources Director & General Manager review. Ensuring that benefits matrix is up to date and reviewed every quarter and ensure that the team members’ benefits and grades are in line with the approved matrix and the levelling structure and update the system accordingly. Requesting and coordinating for HR supplies and any other necessary supplies requested through Birchstreet. Maintaining and submitting HR attendance monthly and raising team’s leaves on Edocs. Preparing birthday list and updating team member album on a monthly basis. Assist in team member thrive calendar, planning and execution of the initiatives and events. Support internal HR projects, tracking necessary action and updating reports as progress is made. Assist in the day-to-day operation of the department as required. Any other duties or tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in Human Resources in a luxury hotel in UAE. Current experience in recruitment function. Advanced knowledge of HR & payroll system. A degree in Human Resources or similar. Exposure to employee relations. Strong leadership & communication skills. Solid knowledge of UAE labor law. Proficient at an advanced level with MS Office and computers and relevant programs.
