Job Description

. Manage financial accounting in accordance with statutory regulations and corporate requirements. 2. Prepare and consolidate monthly management reports and annual statutory accounts/reports. 3. Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans; 4. Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action; 5. Develop trends and projections for the company’s finances; 6. Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities; 7. Work in collaboration with the finance team in annual budgeting and forecasting. 8. Manage audit, internal controls and taxation. 9. Prepare monthly payroll (eg: time sheets, leave schedule, attendance etc) 10. Maintain the financial health of the organization 11. To undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance or relevant field strongly preferred • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in cost control & accounting • Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data • A self-motivator with the ability to work independently and within timeline; resilient to challenges; attention to detail. • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal • Solid networking and interpersonal skills • Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles; • Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately • Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with team members/department heads • Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems • UAE Driving License / Personal Car • Familiar with UAE Labor Laws & Computerized Finance software
