Looking for the Production Manager who: • Is technically affluent in our field of work. • Have a good approach in order to plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations. • Has leadership skills to initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital. • Can mentor, guide and motivate a team of supervisors, skilled and unskilled staff • Continually improves safety records by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes to maintain clean and safe production plant
