Job Description : Area Manager - Restaurants Chain (3 No.s) We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Area Manager to oversee and manage the operational and commercial aspects of our Restaurants. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our operations, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding leadership and management skills, be highly organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Area manager responsibilities  Oversee and manage the daily operations of our business in a specific geographic region  Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase profitability  Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local laws, regulations, and standards  Manage and motivate a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance management  Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth  Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and community leaders  Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on region performance and identify areas for improvement  Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints and resolving issues  Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of information and resources across the organization Area manager skills  Outstanding leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, customers, and stakeholders at all levels  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions  Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively  Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications  Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and standards related to our business  Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues Pay: AED9,500.00 – 10500 per month ( Slightly negotiable for the right candidates
