Qualification - Graduate in any field Experience - Min of 2 year experience in same field. UAE experience is an added advantage. Knowledge & Skills - • Answer and direct phone calls • Organize and schedule appointments • Sending Quotations • Explaining offers to customers • Open Job Cards • Preparing Daily Sales Report • Making receipt vouchers • Preparing Monthly Report • Provide general support to visitors • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures • Proficiency in MS Office • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work • Attention to detail and problem solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Salary • Monthly between AED 5000-AED 6000 Benefits - • Air Ticket for home country once in 2 years. • Basic medical insurance
