Job Description

Candidates should be fluent in Arabic and English (ability to write strong contractual letters and technical memos in English and Arabic) * A dynamic individual with deep understanding of Project Management Services for large projects who can work independently with limited supervision from management * Candidate should be very experienced with construction contracts (FIDIC). * Candidate will have the lead responsibility of supervising consultants and contractors in all areas related to cost, time and quality and provide detailed monthly reports to management in these areas * Candidate must have 5 years’ experience in Saudi Arabia in a well-established project management company and not less than 10 years of construction/contracting experience in Gulf. * Candidates who are in Jeddah or willing to move Jeddah & who can join immediately will be preferred.
