Leasing Officer / Job Role in Brief : Residential Properties / Residential and Commercial - Responsible for all leasing activities, developing quarter leasing plans, screening new clients and negotiate with prospective tenants. - Follow-up with all prospective clients to assess/re-assess their needs and requirements. - Achieving the leasing targets set by the Management and maximizing income in line with the business plan of the company. - Develop comprehensive marketing materials, promotional emails, rental offers, online marketing and flyers to advertise all available properties. - Completing all lease applications and assisting with verification of application information. - Customer Service : Handling telephone calls and taking care of customer service & preparing EJARI and other documentation works for the leased properties Personality Traits - Outstanding communication skills - Excellent marketing capabilities - Target oriented person - Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills - Proficient in Real Estate Industry and Property Management - UAE Driving Licence is mandatory
