Job Description

Provide healthcare and comfort to patients at their residences. Evaluate nursing assessment prior to providing in-home care. Make changes if necessary in in-home nursing care as per physician’s orders. Evaluate and document physiological, psychological cognitive status of the patients. Educate and instruct patients, patients’ family or other staff in in-home patient care delivery. Plan and implement nutrition-based diet plan for patients in consultation with physicians. Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare providers in delivering in-home care to patients. Keep up to date with current trends and knowledge in providing quality healthcare to patients. Create and initiate innovative solutions that lead to high-quality patient care. Perform other duties as assigned. Salary Details: 2200 basic with out MOH & 3700 as basic with MOH and Aed.300 will increase after the probation of 6 months for both. Duty : 15 days work & 15 Days OFF
