Job Description

a) Maintain the laboratory quality system b) Perform analytical tests in the laboratory c) Assessing customer’s requirements and ensuring that those are met d) Determining, negotiation and agreeing on in-house quality procedures , standards and specifications e) Setting customer service standards f) Investigating and setting standards for quality and healthy & safety g) Ensuring the manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national & international level h) Working with operational staff to establish procedures, standards and systems i) Writing management & technical reports. j) Determining training needs k) Monitoring performances of junior staff or laboratory staff
