Job Requirements

1. To prepare daily, 3 day, weekly and monthly production plan. 2. To indent raw materials on monthly basis as per the production plan. 3. To ensure that the plant personnel are working with all the PPE’s, ZERO tolerance on HSSE, HSSE & Quality are our top priorities, always keep this in mind and accordingly train other production staff. 4. Work very closely with the maintenance team so that production is never stopped because of the breakdown maintenance. 5. To work with maintenance team for preparation of preventive maintenance schedule and then adhere to it. 6. To maintain all the records related to grease production, packing, filling and dispatches and to also maintain raw data of production log sheets, such as base oil consumption, additives consumption and other material consumption. 7. Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the grease production. 8. To assist Head Production in all the Technical audits conducted by our customers. 9. Work closely with quality personnel to review product consistency while monitoring production losses to determine trends and areas of improvement. 10. Review established production schedules for manufacturing department 11. To conduct weekly/monthly meetings with production staff and records its minutes of meeting and then work accordingly. 12. To make sure that the products are made according to standard BOM, no deviation and meets the end product specification. 13. To ensure no reworking of greases. 14. The FTR should be 100 %. 15. Monitor production expenses to reduce costs while maintaining product quality. 16. Lead the Environmental Health and Safety Policy to ensure all members of the manufacturing team are aware of safety policies to provide a safe workplace. 17. Maintain raw material Inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted supplies to customers 18. Maintain and support a superior safety and housekeeping program, including all timely communication initiatives. 19. Develop and execute the plant manufacturing budgets. 20. Analyse workforce requirements. 21. Encourage and promote operating in a continuous improvement environment. 22. Remove production constraints; allocate human and equipment resources and direct production employees to attain all established goals. 23. Remove waste and constraints from the production process to improve efficiencies and enhance productivity. 24. Communicate with research and development as well as product management personnel to develop new product strategies 25. Six Sigma, 5-S, Lean Manufacturing, Transactional Lean, etc. to drive continuous improvement. 26. Responsible for calibration of all the equipment’s, ISO certification & maintenance of manufacturing unit. 27.
